Making The Sale
1. Associates will contact you directly at your place of business. They should identify themselves as Associates of BE by presenting their BE "Instant Credit Card".

2. When the total amount of the purchase, including sales tax, has been determined, complete the transaction by calling the BE Call Center at 337.981.6361 for a Transaction number. 
   
Procedure:

• Dial 337.981.6361
• Listen Closly to the choices offered by the Automated Attendent.
• PRESS 1- for Transactions.
• PRESS 1- If your Company is correctly identified. (or enter your 4-digit ID)
• PRESS 1- If you are the Seller, or
• PRESS 2- If you are the Buyer
• ENTER- Amount in Dollars and Cents, then (Last 2-digits are cents, Enter 00 if needed) then PRESS the # key
• PRESS 1- If correct
• PRESS 2- If incorrect (then re-enter amount)
• READY- to Record the Transaction Number on the Invoice.
• HANG UP- when done.
